What is Karuvoolam IFHRMS?
It’s a single digital system that replaces paper-based salary, pension and service processes. Salary and pension claims presented at treasuries are processed through it and credited to the beneficiary’s bank account, with an SMS alert. It also gives users 24/7 access to records such as salary slips, pension statements, service history, GPF details, leave management and Form 16.

Login: Step-by-Step Guide (Employees)
- Go to https://www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in. Type the address directly instead of using a link from a message.
- Click Login (upper left, beside Home).
- Select User Type: Employee.
- Enter your User ID and Password, and the captcha if shown.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter the OTP if prompted (it is sent by SMS to the mobile number registered with Aadhaar).
IFHRMS Login for Pensioners
- Open the official portal and click Login.
- Select User Type: Pensioner.
- Enter your Pensioner ID / PPO number and password.
- Click Sign In and complete the OTP step if asked.
- You can then view pension account details and download your pension slip.
How to Reset Your Password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your user ID (or pensioner ID/PPO number) and the details asked.
