SSO stands for Single Sign-On: instead of remembering multiple usernames and passwords, you use one SSO ID for services like e-Mitra, Bhamashah, Rajasthan Sampark and the Employment portal. It works as a single gateway to state schemes, applications, and citizen services.
You can log in from anywhere, but the services are meant for Rajasthan residents.
Documents to keep ready: Jan Aadhaar/Aadhaar/Bhamashah number, active mobile number linked to it, email ID, and for businesses the BRN or Udyog Aadhaar.
If you forgot your password:
If you forgot your SSO ID: use “I forgot my digital identity (SSO ID)” on the portal and verify via mobile, email, or Aadhaar.
If you want to change your password while logged in: log in, open your profile or account settings, and use the change-password option. The exact menu label may vary, so check the portal.
Tip: if the OTP doesn’t arrive, check that your mobile number is correctly linked, and look in your spam folder for email links.
